Delivery
What are our destinations and delivery options?

AKAORIM products are delivered in France and internationally, except in specific cases. For more information, please contact our customer service.

International express delivery
DHL delivery within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm). Delivery times may vary for remote countries.

International delivery
Colissimo delivery within 3 to 7 working days in most cases, can take up to 20 days depending on the geographical area (Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm).

Delivery in France
Free Colissimo delivery in France within 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm).

Delivery times are given as an indication only and do not take into account possible delays caused by the availability of the product(s) in stock, payment authorization, or customs clearance times.

How can I track my order?

AKAORIM will send you an email with a tracking link for your order. You can contact the carrier for more information about your package.

I haven't received my order?

We invite you to contact the carrier directly and report it to our customer service by email at the following address: support@akaorim.com .

Who covers the customs fees?

Product prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes and customs duties for orders within France and the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. AKAORIM cannot be held liable for delays due to actions, costs, taxes, and/or duties beyond its control.

Orders
A product is no longer in stock. Will it be available again?

If one of our products is no longer available in our online store, we will inform you of its availability on our social media channels. We also invite you to continue your search with our official retailers. You can find them in the "Partner Stores" section.

Can an order be cancelled or modified?

We cannot cancel or modify an order placed on our online store. However, if you are not satisfied, you will have the option of returning the order after receiving it.

What are our payment methods?

You can pay by Visa and Mastercard. Your bank card will be charged when you place your order.

Payment refused?

In the event of a refused or cancelled payment, we invite you to contact your bank directly.

Where can I find my invoice?

For every order placed, whether with or without an AKAORIM account, you will receive an invoice by email. You can always download your invoice from your customer area in the "Orders" section.

Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?

You have 14 business days from the delivery date to return your order. Please contact our customer service team by email at support@akaorim.com to receive your return label. The order must be returned in its original condition (packaging, labels, etc.).

Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges on our online store. However, you can return your order for a refund and place a new order.

How do I return my parcel?

You have 14 business days from the delivery date to return your order. Please contact our customer service team by email at support@akaorim.com to receive your return label. You will then have 14 business days to return your order from the date you receive the return label. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with all accessories and other packaging materials. If the order is returned via another carrier, AKAORIM cannot be held responsible for shipping costs or lost packages.

What are your refund processing times?

We will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your order. To accept the return and authorize the refund, we will verify that all items are present and complete upon receipt. The refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the original payment and in the same currency.
