Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable legislation, the customer has 14 days from the day after receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

This right does not apply to personalised products.

Return conditions

To be accepted, any returned product must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Still have its labels attached
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
The costs and risks of the return are borne by the customer.

AKAORIM cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of returned parcels.

Return procedure

Before any return, the customer must:

• Use the return form included with the order
• And/or contact customer service at support@akaorim.com

Any parcel returned without a prior request or after the deadline will be refused.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned products, AKAORIM will refund the price of the returned products.

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days using the payment method used for the order.

Any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Liability

AKAORIM cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of returned parcels.

This policy supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which remain the contractual reference document.
